Payments: Payment to be made directly to Katamanda Estate Management , either by cash deposit/telegraphic transfer or valid Visa Mastercard. No processing fee will be charged
Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: Prices subject to 10 % service and 7.7% VAT
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
