From the moment they enter a Grand Villa, guests are afforded a view through the open spaces of the villa itself to the blue sea beyond.

At the seaward end of the bathroom, a roomy Jacuzzi sits in a frame of polished hardwood by a picture window that frames a panorama of trees, surf on the rocks below, 3.5km of white sand sweeping northwards around Karon Bay, and an expanse of sea extending all the way to India’s Andaman Islands, 450 miles to the west

Overview: Pricing starts at ß4,000 THB Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.
Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
