Overview: Pricing starts at β5,300 THB Per Day with a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made by bank transfer
Deposits: 30% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. 70% payment 30 days prior arrival. 100 % payment if less than 30 days.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
