Overview: Pricing starts at β4,000 THB Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check
Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
