B) LONG TERM 1 to 12 months (49,500Baht per month).
(Note: long term rate does not include maid service, electric, water or "UBC satellite TV rental is an additional 1,500B/month").

Payments: Payment 30% deposit to be made either by cash or online internet "pay pal" or bank transfer to our UK or Thai Bank account. Balance payable on arrival.
Deposits: 30% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. Negotiable if less than one week. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included, no hidden extras.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
