Overview: Pricing starts at β7,000 THB Per Week with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.
Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus 30% processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
