Overview: Pricing starts at ß34,000 THB Per Day with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.
Deposits: 50% down payment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. The balance should be made 7 days prior check in and security deposit 2,000 USD is required for security deposit. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: Cancellation 14 days prior arrival will be refundable all deposit after deduct administration fee 50 USD, after 14 days or 7 days prior arrival cancellation will be charge 50% of the deposit. If the cancellation after 7 days prior arrival then your entire deposit will be forfeited.
