Payments: Payment to be made either by Telegraphic Transfer (preferred), Cash, or via Credit Card (Visa only, small processing charge applicable).
Deposits: A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking to confirm and secure your stay.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included in the quoted rate.
Cancellations: Cancellation withing 60 days: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellation withing 30 days: If the Villa re-rents then your deposit will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your deposit will be forfeited, or you will be allowed to carry forward as a credit against a future stay.
