Cancellations: Cancellation withing 60 days: Full refund of deposit.
Cancellation withing 30 days: If the Villa re-rents then your deposit will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your deposit will be forfeited, or you will be allowed to carry forward as a credit against a future stay.
