Welcome to the The Beach House in Patong. This is a guesthouse, with a friendly and familiar environment, run by Thai management. We can offer you all kind of service you need for a successful vacation in Thailand.
Our rooms are comfortable with twin bed or double-bed, air-condition, hot water shower or bath, Minibar, cable-TV, phone, in-room safe, beach towel, coffee or tea-maker and a hairdryer.
The beach house is located in the quiet southern end of Patong Beach. Just 5 meter from the beach and within walking distance to the night life and shopping area.
We can help you to arrange your trips around Phuket island. We also arrange package-tours to north or south Thailand and Bangkok.
We also have special package-price including room and day-tours to different islands like Phi Phi and Phang nga.

Overview: Pricing starts at ฿800 THB Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash, western union money transfer or credit card.
Deposits: 30% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: 10% Service Tax and 7% Vat Applicable
Extra bed incl breakfast: 300 THB
In Deluxe and Standard room rate it is incl. American breakfast (abf) for 2 persons.
In the Family room rate it is incl. American breakfast (abf) for 4 persons.
Rates are per room and night, quoted in Thai baht.
We serve a Compulsary dinner at Christmas eve and New year eve at an extra cost of 1,000 Baht per adult and 500 Bhat per child age 6-12, children age 1-5 eat for free.
Cancellations: 30% of room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 30 days in advance of reservation
50% refund of room charge returned if cancellation 7 up to 30 days in advance of reservation.
No refund of room charge when cancellation less than 7 days from reservation.
No show: Full amount of reservation will be charged.
