Our 2 houses Baan Suan Villa 1 (with swimming pool) and Baan Suan Villa 2 offers tourists and long term guest comfortable and spacious designed apartments in European standard.
All our apartments are fully and tasteful furnished. Large bathrooms with hot water showers are just as natural like king size beds and kitchens with standard sized refrigerators. Your choice of apartment with ceiling fan or air-conditioned.
All apartments provide international satellite TV and VCD or DVD. 2 apartments and the penthouse of Villa 2 offer breathtaking sea-view and fantastic view of Patong Bay.
Both houses are located at the quiet and chilling Patong hillside, along the Hasip Pee Road and just 400 meter away from each other. To the Patong center or the beach it is just 3 minutes with, at our house hired, Scooters, Motorbikes or cars.

Overview: Pricing starts at ß900 THB Per Day with a 1 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash or check.
Deposits: 50% downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
