King size beds in our spacious bedrooms each with individual bathrooms. Our spa room has a large jacuzzi,with enclosed shower in an unique decor. The large master bathroom has a large tub,shower and many extras. For internet an office with wireless on the second floor.
We are located very near Laguna Complex and "sleepy" Cherngtalay Village, where there are many excellent restaurants and a Tesco food mart.5 minutes away, Banyan Tree Golf Club and a large new waterpark for the children.Many secluded beaches nearby. SUPER VILLA is "family friendly" and designed for your max. comfort..come and enjoy our Villa.

Overview: Pricing starts at β29,000 THB Per Week with a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: : Payment to be made either by cash or bank transfer
Deposits: To secure your booking we require a 10 % deposit, this will be your security deposit and refunded upon check out
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are included.
Cancellations: : If the unit re-rents then all of your security deposit minus $30 processing fee will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
