Overview: Pricing starts at ß40,000 THB Per Month with a 30 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
Payments: Payment to be made either by cash.
Deposits: 1 month rental as downpayment is required at time of booking to secure your stay. This amount will be refunded to you on the day of your departure after deduct all the bills; electricity, water, ubc,internet.
Taxes: All taxes and service charges are not included.
Cancellations: If the unit re-rents then 50% of your security deposit will be refunded to you. If the unit does not re-rent, then your entire deposit will be forfieted.
